Can I start with the Foundation plan and upgrade later?
Yes — and most clients do. The Foundation plan is designed to be the first layer of a system, not a standalone product. When you're ready for the Growth plan, we'll credit the cost of Foundation against your upgrade, so you never pay twice for the same output.
How long does each plan take to complete?
Foundation typically takes two to three weeks from kick-off to handover. Growth runs four to six weeks including the team onboarding sessions. Scale is typically a six-to-ten week engagement depending on team size and the complexity of your existing content library.
Do you work with teams outside Kakamega?
Yes — the majority of our clients are in Nairobi, Mombasa, and other Kenyan cities. All sessions can run over Google Meet or Zoom with no change in deliverables. For Kakamega-based teams, in-person sessions are available on the Growth and Scale plans.
What tools do you support?
We configure pipelines in Notion, Trello, Asana, and ClickUp — whichever your team already uses. For automations we work with Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat). We don't force you onto a new tool unless your current stack has a genuine gap.
