Straightforward plans for teams at every stage

Pick the plan that matches your team's current size and ambition — you can upgrade as your content operation grows.

What you're investing in

Every Vividllumen plan is a structured engagement, not a retainer with vague deliverables. You know exactly what you get, how long it takes, and what your team will be able to do differently once it's done. The Foundation plan is designed for small teams setting up their first real content system. The Growth plan adds full pipeline design and team onboarding — the right choice for teams that already have some content activity but no reliable process. The Scale plan is a comprehensive, end-to-end content factory setup including performance analytics dashboards and two months of post-launch support. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings.

Questions about the plans

Can I start with the Foundation plan and upgrade later?

Yes — and most clients do. The Foundation plan is designed to be the first layer of a system, not a standalone product. When you're ready for the Growth plan, we'll credit the cost of Foundation against your upgrade, so you never pay twice for the same output.

How long does each plan take to complete?

Foundation typically takes two to three weeks from kick-off to handover. Growth runs four to six weeks including the team onboarding sessions. Scale is typically a six-to-ten week engagement depending on team size and the complexity of your existing content library.

Do you work with teams outside Kakamega?

Yes — the majority of our clients are in Nairobi, Mombasa, and other Kenyan cities. All sessions can run over Google Meet or Zoom with no change in deliverables. For Kakamega-based teams, in-person sessions are available on the Growth and Scale plans.

What tools do you support?

We configure pipelines in Notion, Trello, Asana, and ClickUp — whichever your team already uses. For automations we work with Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat). We don't force you onto a new tool unless your current stack has a genuine gap.
